We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Placewise AI platform, including conducting AI-powered voice interviews, parsing resumes, scoring candidates, and generating analytics.

We may use your contact information to send service-related communications, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support.

We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models and platform performance. Individual candidate data is never used to train AI models without explicit consent from the data controller.

We do not sell your personal information or candidate data to third parties.

We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing). These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.

Access to candidate data is restricted to authorized team members within your organization based on the roles you assign (Owner, Admin, Recruiter, Interviewer, Viewer).

We maintain SOC 2 compliance standards and conduct regular penetration testing to ensure the security of our platform.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Candidate data is retained according to your organization's settings and applicable data protection laws. You can export or delete candidate data at any time through the platform.

When you delete data, it is soft-deleted initially and permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

As a UK-based company, we comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Our platform provides built-in compliance tools including full data export functionality.

For candidates processed through our platform, your organization is responsible for fulfilling data subject requests. We provide the tools to facilitate these requests, including candidate data export and deletion.

You may withdraw consent for data processing at any time by contacting us at privacy@placewise.ai. Our supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
