Placewise ships role-based access control with five roles — Owner, Admin, Recruiter, Interviewer, and Viewer — so an interviewer can score the candidates in front of them without reaching the rest of the pipeline. Roles are assigned per member, and department management keeps each team's jobs and candidates in their own lane.
One login, every organization
Groups hiring across several businesses, brands, or regions run each as its own organization and switch between them without a second account. Jobs, candidates, and members stay with the organization they belong to, so a shared talent team can work across all of them without merging the data.
Fits the stack and the paperwork
Single sign-on puts access behind the identity provider you already run. Custom integrations connect Placewise to the systems around it, and the contract carries an SLA written for your requirements rather than a published default. Where hosting inside your own estate is the requirement, there is an on-premise option.
Candidate data stays exportable
You remain the data controller for everything your team uploads. Candidate records can be exported or deleted at any point, and access to them is limited to the roles you assign. Our privacy policy sets out how we handle that data as your processor.
