Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Placewise AI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

Placewise AI provides an AI-powered recruiting and hiring platform that includes autonomous voice interviews, candidate management, resume parsing, interview campaign management, analytics, and team collaboration tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Placewise AI offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise) with different feature sets and usage limits. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Free trials are available for new accounts. At the end of the trial period, your account will be converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

You must not use the platform to discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics including race, gender, age, disability, religion, or national origin.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-powered interviews complies with local laws regarding automated decision-making, candidate consent, and recording of conversations.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of any part of the platform.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform, including job descriptions, candidate information, interview configurations, and organizational data.

You are the data controller for all candidate personal data processed through the platform. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from candidates and complying with applicable data protection laws.

We act as a data processor for candidate data and will process it only in accordance with your instructions and our Privacy Policy.

You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the platform services.

The platform generates AI-powered interview scores, recommendations, and analytics. These outputs are provided as decision-support tools and should not be used as the sole basis for hiring decisions.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated recommendations before making hiring decisions.

The Placewise AI platform, including its software, design, features, and documentation, is owned by Placewise AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes during the subscription period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Placewise AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. You may export your data before termination. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
